Experience: Minimum of 6 years relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Develop sourcing strategies for raw and packaging materials.
Manage procurement and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Monitor market trends to forecast demand and supply changes.
Negotiate competitive pricing and manage supplier contracts.
Track procurement spending against approved budgets.
Evaluate supplier performance using Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Lead, coach and manage procurement teams to achieve organizational goals.
Utilize e-procurement tools to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
Applicants must possess:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./HND) in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
At least six years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Professional procurement or supply chain certification will be an added advantage.
