Just In:Peller Receives N400m Abuja Mansion From Real Estate Mogul King Ochacho

Nigerian TikToker Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has taken delivery of a N400 million mansion in Abuja gifted to him by real estate businessman and philanthropist, King Ochacho.
Peller announced the development in an emotional post on Instagram, expressing gratitude to Ochacho for fulfilling his promise.
“Words honestly cannot explain how grateful I am. Today, I received a N400 million house in Abuja from an incredible man, Mr. Ochacho,” Peller wrote.
The gift follows a pledge made by Ochacho during Peller’s star-studded traditional wedding with his fiancée, Jarvis, on August 1.
In a viral video from the ceremony, Ochacho announced that he and his sons would gift the content creator a N400 million mansion in Abuja.
Following the fulfilment of the pledge, Peller thanked the businessman for believing in and supporting him.
“Sir, thank you for believing in me, supporting me, and blessing me in such a massive way. May God continue to bless you, protect you, and replenish everything you have given me,” he said.
Peller also expressed appreciation to businessman and philanthropist Sososoberekon for facilitating his meeting with Ochacho.
“And a special thank you to Sosoberekete, the person who made me meet this great man. If not for you, this connection may never have happened. I appreciate you deeply,” he added.
He described the mansion as a blessing he would never forget, thanking both men for their support.
The development has sparked reactions on social media, with fans congratulating Peller and praising Ochacho for fulfilling his promise barely a week after making it.
The N400 million mansion comes as Peller and Jarvis prepare for their white wedding, scheduled for 3 p.m. today.
